Todd Mobley, Esq.Chief Executive Officer
In his 25 years of professional experience, Todd Mobley has represented clients ranging from local concerns to multi-national corporations in healthcare, general business, and employment-related matters. In doing so, Mr. Mobley has broad experience advising clients on compliance, legislative issues, and human capital issues with respect to the laws governing the employer/employee relationship. In addition to his role as a CEO, Todd Mobley will be responsible for working with outside counsel in negotiating and documenting acquisitions, establishing vendor relationships, and compliance with state and federal regulatory issues impacting operations. Mr. Mobley will also be a resource for his legal experience to a variety of human capital issues in the design, implementation, and oversight of operational initiatives.
Frank Titus Avignone IVChief Information Officer
Frank Avignone holds advanced degrees in Health Management, Healthcare Administration, and Healthcare Finance, and a Law Degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law’s Health Law and Policy program. Currently, Frank is working toward his doctorate at the Medical University of South Carolina with a dissertation focused on building streaming dynamic predictive models leveraging traditional data sources and data in motion at the time of intervention. Frank provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout Praxeo Health.
Christopher Long, Ph.D., F-ABFTLaboratory Director
Dr. Christopher Long is a forensic toxicologist with numerous academic appointments, publications, research projects, and honors. Prior to joining Praxeo Health, Dr. Long served as the Laboratory Director of several forensic, environmental, and toxicology laboratories. Dr. Long has also performed many site inspections as a former laboratory inspector, supporting jurisdictions throughout the Midwest.
